Massively inspiring and hugely motivating, 30 year old businessman Ben is a double amputee who has managed to recover from stepping on a Taliban landmine in 2008 to becoming a Millie's judge and a much in demand media contributor and speaker.

He has gone from running the London Marathon within 12 months of losing his limbs to climbing to Everest Base Camp and the UK's Three Peaks.

He also ran the London Marathon again in 2010 without realising he had a stress fracture in his stump.

Brought home on the same flight as Prince Harry, Ben's injuries were so serious his chances of survival were slim, he was expected to die.

However not only did he survive he but he is back living a full and fruitful life.

Ben received under £300,000 in compensation from the MOD to cover the loss of his limbs and numerous other injuries and rather than wasting it he invested it very wisely.

Deciding to go into property during the recession and against many people's advice Ben has turned that initial investment into a £4.1million property portfolio in only four years. Talk about bucking a trend!

A TV natural he has presented strands for the BBC's The One Show and featured in the two part documentary 'War Torn Warriors' during which he overcame massive hurdles to trek to Everest Base Camp. He also appears regularly on BBC's Newsbeat, ITV's This Morning and Daybreak, LBC, Sky News and ITN news to name but a few discussing a variety of topics including what inspires him, how he created his business, how he deals with his disability, why he loves to motivating and inspiring people, why he campaigns for the improved treatment of injured veterans, the importance of remaining positive etc.

Ben is also a very fine speaker and he inspires everyone he meets with his determined and very successful approach to a life without his left arm and lower right leg (and numerous other injuries.)
